We recommend placing custom cake or dessert orders 2-3 weeks in advance. This allows us enough time to source any special ingredients, decorations, or supplies needed to bring your vision to life.
For simpler orders like basic cookies or cupcakes, 1 week’s notice may be sufficient, depending on how busy we are that week. We also offer weekly drops for cookies and cupcakes, perfect if you need something sooner! You can place an order every Monday and Tuesday for pickup on Friday or Saturday.
Yes, we do! We offer gluten-free options for cakes only, perfect if you’re looking for a special celebration dessert with dietary accommodations. At this time, we are unable to offer gluten-free cookies or cinnamon rolls.
For those avoiding dairy, we’re happy to offer dairy-free options for all of our cakes and cookies. Just let us know your preferences when ordering, and we’ll take care of the rest.
At this time, we do not offer sugar substitutes. Our focus is on perfecting a curated menu of treats we’re confident in, and we’ve found that sugar alternatives can compromise the taste and texture we aim to deliver.
We also do not offer dye-free options. While we’ve tested natural and dye-free food coloring, the results, especially in our royal icing for sugar cookies, haven’t been true to color. For consistency and quality, we use Americolor food coloring, which helps us achieve vibrant, detailed designs our customers know and love.

The best way to reach us is by using the contact form on our website or emailing us directly. While some people prefer to call, most of our orders are custom designed, which means we’re often unable to give accurate pricing or details over the phone.
Through email or text, we can go into more detail about your order, provide proper quote, and collect important info, like inspiration photos, that help us bring your vision to life. We want to make sure we get every detail just right!
Because we are a licensed cottage bakery in Georgia, state law prohibits us from shipping orders. However, if you’re hoping to send cookies to friends or family yourself, we’re happy to heat seal them to help preserve freshness and make them easier for you to personally ship.
Once we’ve finalized the details of your order, you’ll receive a detailed invoice via email with a secure online checkout link. To reserve your date, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance is due at the time of pickup.
If you choose delivery, we offer that for a mileage based fee, and final payment must be completed before the order is delivered. We make the process easy and secure so you can focus on your celebration!
